An interesting weather set up is in store for today as a very strong low pressure system is set to track through the Ohio Valley potentially dropping a few tornadoes over Southern Indiana and Southern Ohio.
In Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan winter storm watches are in effect for accumulating snowfall, all part of the same system bringing potential severe weather along the Ohio River. Here in WC Ohio we are caught in between the two extremes, we have Spring to the South and a reminder of Winter to the North. What are we left with? Rain. Rain moves in this afternoon, wouldn’t be surprised to hear a clap of thunder or two either. Good news is that the most dangerous parts of this system look to avoid us. We will also see a switch to snow later tonight with cooling temperatures. As always, I’ll be watching closely!
