Hopefully you have prepared yourself for colder weather, because the rest of this week is going to be quite chilly! It’s all going to start tonight with Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories throughout West Central Ohio
The colder temperatures are coming thanks to a strong cold front moving through this evening bringing light rain to the region. This front will leave us with temperatures in the low 30’s Tuesday morning, BRRRR! And we won’t warm up much for the day either! It’s looking as if highs will be unable to make it out of the upper 40’s for daytime highs.
By the late evening hours an area of low pressure will move into the region out of the Northwest bringing another chance for light rain AND light snow showers! This system will move in by about 10 or 11 PM tomorrow night and with overnight lows dropping once again into the 30’s, light snow is a good possibility.
The chance for light snow will linger through Wednesday afternoon with forecast models showing the potential for at least some VERY light accumulations scattered through the region.
But I DOUBT that anywhere here is West Central Ohio will see any accumulation! The ground is still too warm, so anything that falls will quickly melt away!
I don’t know about you, but I really look forward to the first time of the year when I see my first snowflakes, you gotta love the seasons here in Ohio!
